At Phitku, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and promotional inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
